Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):

The Add to Watchlist button has always had a prominent spot on the Wikipedia website, and it's not until recently that Wikipedia has begun rolling out the Add to Reading List button alongside the Add to Watchlist button on the page of an article. Because Add to Watchlist uses a star as its icon I think that sometimes (for years) I have mistakenly used it as a way of "saving" articles. Now that the Add to Watchlist button is getting its spot on the article page I think it would be nice to have a way to migrate articles from the Watchlist to the Reading List.
