We need to run all memberships through the scrubbing process the same way we did with donations.

This will throw errors with some old memberships so we also need to catch those and make sure we miss no data.

Acceptance Criteria

• Create a script to rescrub all memberships
• Catch edge case errors and write extra queries/scripts to fix them
• Create a document covering all the fields we capture and their status
