Airflow 3: remove Amazon provider warnings from CLI startup
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Running airflow CLI commands inside an Airflow 3 devenv produces repeated startup warnings that obscure the command results

This is due to various issues, but one of the biggest and most tractable sources of noise stems from an interaction between airflow 3 and an old provider, seen in the screenshot below

I've uploaded a patch that should remove 80+% of the noise in the original ticket desc screenshot.

The following are mocked in my terminal, but should be representative:

Thanks for cleaning it up!

Will need to publish new image tag docker-registry.wikimedia.org/repos/data-engineering/airflow-dags:airflow-3.3.1-py3.11-2026-09-15-193809-12ad80d074c391dcdde234a002d6fded425deae6@sha256:35f231236d1fbbfc7e57765bb2d81e5589a609a36082292ff519d6377d1c479a from the build job to the values-airflow3.yaml. I'll do it today myself and put it in this closed task because yeah, it spams my console as well.

Thanks for fixing it!
