At the moment the backup dashboard Pampinus (https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/MariaDB/Backups#Dashboard) is just accessible via ssh tunnel.
We should:

• Puppetize this deployment
• Make it part of k8s?
• Make it accessible via idp (or even behind the CDN if we want to)

This dashboard is only for database backups (logical/mariadbdumps) it wasn't developed for media (which is something we can explore long term, but definitely out of the scope of this task).
