Tech Contribs should include commits from SVN era
Open, MediumPublicFeature

Description

What happens?:

it says my first patch was in 2012 ( https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/core/+/14680 ) but my first commit was in 2010

What should have happened instead?:
it would be cool if it included pre-git commits

obviously this really doesn't matter.

If this data is still around somewhere that's trivial to get, then I can possibly include it. Unfortunately, I think the only way I can get "earliest commit by user" right now is if I had a copy of the Git log for all repositories hosted on Gerrit which... would be a lot.

Yep, good catch. On the API side, this is https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/conduit/method/diffusion.commit.search/. Will probably be better as a separate contribution set, split off from Gerrit (which is 100% data from Gerrit).
