Summary
Change the Year in Review announcement from a half-sheet to a full-screen presentation.
Background
The announcement currently launches as a half-sheet. We can't automatically expand it to full screen when the first slide appears, so the experience starts in the half-sheet and stays there unless the user expands it manually. Year in Review is a visual, high-engagement moment, and the first slide should get the full screen from the start.
Proposed change
Present the announcement full-screen from the first slide, instead of starting as a half-sheet and trying to expand it.
Keep a clearly visible close/dismiss control.
Keep the existing entry points and trigger logic.
Acceptance criteria
- The announcement opens full-screen on the first slide on all supported devices and screen sizes.
- No half-sheet state or expand animation is visible on launch.
- Opening the feature from the Activity tab entry point leads to the appropriate version of the announcement for the user, not the first slide of content
- Content is not clipped and respects safe areas (notch, status bar, home indicator).
- The user can dismiss it via the close button (and the system back gesture, where applicable).
- Dismissal returns the user to the screen they came from.
- Existing analytics events for impression and dismiss still fire.
