CloudVPS project grafana dashboards are empty

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?:
Everything's empty now. it used to work fine.

What should have happened instead?:
I should see the data of my cloudvps project, as before.

The toolforge dashboard is still working though.

Thank you for the notice, it was indeed permissions problems following a grafana upgrades -- resolving as the issue has been fixed

My bad, you are correct. I'm not quite sure what's wrong with that dashboard to be honest, I can see others that use prometheus-metricsinfra just fine (e.g. https://grafana.wmcloud.org/d/project-resource-overview)

@Don-vip I was getting a 403 for "series query" variable type, whereas other working dashboards are using label value instead. I changed https://grafana.wmcloud.org/d/0g9N-7pVz/cloud-vps-project-board to use the latter and now the dashboard works for me anonymously too. Would you mind confirming? Even though this is fixed I still don't know if this change is expected or not
