When someone publishes an edit in VE via GrowthExperiments-NewcomerTasks, a dialog is shown post-publish that offers additional suggestions people can consider acting on.

This task involves the work of generalizing this pattern so that we can:

• Offer people edit suggestions who publish edits using VE even when those edit sessions are not initiated via Home
• Converge on a unified experience for this post-edit moment that is agnostic about what mechanism was used to generate a suggestion

Note: this work will becoming increasing relevant once T424759 is live. Reason being: T424759 represents the first meaningful step towards offering a mobile editing experience that enables people to more easefully publish a series of changes, across discrete edit sessions, rather than implying (by way of friction and a lack of clear path) that this needs to happen all within one. We want editing to have the potential to feel lighter weight!
