T429515 would make it so Paste Check and LLM Paste Check have the potential to show within the Reply and New Topic Tools.

This task represents a first, incremental step, towards delivering some of the value T429515 ventures to offer.

User story

As a patroller reviewing talk page activity, I want edits made through the Reply and New Topic Tools to be tagged when Paste Check or LLM Paste Check would have activated, so that I can use that behavioral signal to prioritize which comments to scrutinize for likely LLM-generated content, without newcomers being interrupted or having their experience changed.

Requirements

• Apply the existing editcheck-llm-paste edit tag to edits published using the Reply and/or New Topic Tool that would have caused LLM Paste Check to be shown. Note: T429515 will make it possible for these Checks to be shown with DiscussionTools
• Introduce a new hidden tag editcheck-paste that will be applied to any published edit made with visualeditor or DiscussionTools that contains content that triggered a LLM paste detector, regardless of whether the paste check was shown. This tag also ignores the length-limits and default namespace configuration.
