We count the pages and manual steps needed to add a language to "defining role sentence" (Z37011). This is the baseline for the primary metric. Without a counted starting point, we cannot show that the process has become simpler.

The parent epic has our reading of the current process, in six steps. This task confirms that reading, and counts each page visit, each ZID typed by hand, and each argument type, count or order typed by hand.

Acceptance criteria

• The current process is written down step by step on this task, with the count of pages and of each kind of manual step.
• Any difference from the process in the parent epic is corrected there.
