The user writes the first implementation and the first tests without a change of page, so the flow from "add a language" to a working Function does not break.
Where the dispatching Function already has tests for other languages, we offer their inputs as a start, and the user gives the expected output for their language. Inputs such as Wikidata item references do not depend on the language, so they can be re-used.
The implementation and tests are connected through the normal Wikifunctions approval process.
Acceptance criteria
- In the creation flow, without a change of page, the user can save a first implementation and at least one test for the new Function.
- When the dispatching Function has tests for other languages, the flow offers their inputs for a new test.
