The page lists each language-specific Function, its languages, and whether it is registered and live. Each entry links to the place to add tests. This lets a user who cannot write an implementation still contribute, and it lets users find Functions that are not yet in use.

Under option A in T440035, we cannot list unregistered Functions, so this task depends on that decision.

Acceptance criteria

• The page of "defining role sentence (HTML)" lists its language-specific Functions, with their languages and status, including Functions that are not yet registered.
• Each entry links to the place to add a test for that Function.
