Description

For one language, for example Igbo, a list shows the NLG Functions used by abstract articles that have no registered language-specific Function for it. This gives a pilot community a list of work for their language.

Acceptance criteria

A list of the NLG Functions used by abstract articles that have no registered Igbo Function is available on Wikifunctions.
Each entry links to the "add a language" entry point for that NLG Function and language.
