Listen to Wikipedia is an interactive experience that turns Wikipedia’s live activity into a constantly evolving visual and musical landscape. Every edit appears as a circle whose size reflects the amount of content changed, while different colours distinguish anonymous contributors, registered users, and automated bots. New users are welcomed with a gentle sound and an on-screen message.
Visitors can follow activity across multiple languages, explore recently edited articles, filter changes by hashtag, or simply leave the project playing in the background. It offers a relaxing and intuitive way to experience Wikipedia as a living global community, revealing the continuous collaboration behind the world’s largest online encyclopedia.
