On Wikidata, Help Panel questions are currently sent to a single help page, Wikidata:Project chat.

This works poorly for a multilingual wiki: users with German, French, Spanish, etc. interfaces may submit questions in their own language, but all questions are routed to the same mostly English-language page.

Proposed change

Allow GrowthExperiments Help Panel configuration to map interface languages to different help-desk pages, with a configurable fallback.

For example on Wikidata:

de → Wikidata:Forum

fr → French-language help/project page

other configured languages → corresponding local-language pages

fallback → Wikidata:Project chat

This would mainly benefit multilingual projects such as Wikidata, where the wiki itself does not determine the user's language.
