If you open [[Golden Gate Bridge]] in the editor and hover over the image below the heading "Ferry service", a phantom appears on top of the image, and another phantom appears in the top left of the screen, obscuring the navigation sidebar.
This might be a bug with phantom placement, or it might be that the HTML/CSS in the article is actually trying to position stuff up there, but in either case we should make it so that phantoms aren't drawn outside of the editor.
Articles' ability to position things outside of the content box is limited due to a z-index-based trick that we use as a security measure (it prevents things definde in the content area from being positioned on top of things in the interface area, thus preventing clickjacking), for details talk to Trevor and/or Chris Steipp.
