Description

If it's a bug to disallow it, please fix that. If it's a feature (though I can't find a reason), then the error message is broken: (1) it's not parsed. (2) it's saying "The title "<redirect target>" has been banned from creation." (titleblacklist-forbidden-edit) but I'm not creating that page.
