Description

Currently there's basically absolute 0 docs on job queue, only a stub from 2010 which is even wrong.

Some of the undocumented stuff to do include things like:

Or maybe the documentation should be created only after the jobqueue code stabilises? It's changing very frequently in the last few months.

I believe documentation at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Job_queue, https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Job_queue/For_developers has been improved a lot.

Also, since this task seems to be about problems that developers faced when creating or registering jobs within core and extensions, the following have also been improved:
