Screenshot of entry points

Was on a wiki today and was curious what version they were running. I took a look at Special:Version and was pleased to see 1.20.2.

However, the entry point urls showed something incorrect for $wgScriptPath (see attachment).

Again, this is a $randomWiki I was looking at so I don't know what they've actually got the script path set to, but "[ ]" looks like its wrong. We should probably show "/" if we're using that as the script path.

I have made a change so that the path of / is displayed when it is empty in the configuration file, as this is the path used.
