I will start working on this.

Most of this task is done, but there are still a few details to be defined. Marking dependencies accordingly.

@Aklapper, if you don't mind I will leave the remaining details to you, since you are following / deciding those details anyway.

As far as I'm aware, the only question mark left at this point is T699: Date of creation of Bugzilla report is missing.

Pretty much done here (just added "Default CC list"), only waiting for 699 to get closed. Of course will add anything else that will be brought up or comes to my mind.

...should probably note only in special cases for now. As in ops procurement but I don't know of any others at this point.

After my latest edits to the wikipage I consider this fixed.
