Some links break when image description is copied from Commons to other wikis

Description

Author: rdsmith4

Description:
When the description of [[Image:Gutza_Wikipedia_logo.png]] is automatically
copied from Commons to en.wikipedia, a link to another image displays as "see
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Gutza_Wikipedia_logo.jpg"
title="Image:Gutza Wikipedia logo.jpg">the original JPG" rather than simply "see
the original JPG."

Its HTML source is as follows:

<a href="&lt;a href=" class='external free'
title="http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Gutza Wikipedia logo.jpg"
rel="nofollow">http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Gutza_Wikipedia_logo.jpg</a>"
title="Image:Gutza Wikipedia logo.jpg"&gt;the original JPG

where it should presumably be:

see <a href="/wiki/Image:Gutza_Wikipedia_logo.jpg" title="Image:Gutza Wikipedia
logo.jpg">the original JPG</a>.

The same problem is with {{redundant}} template in Commons. e.g.
http://lt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vaizdas:Algeria_flag_300.png

or any other template, description, that uses [[:Image:example.png]] tags in
Commons.
