The wiki was recently created and pages imported from Incubator.
Normally, the imported edits show up on Special:Contributions for the respective users, e.g. I made one edit to a page on Incubator which was imported, and it shows up: https://sa.wikiquote.org/w/index.php?title=%E0%A4%B5%E0%A4%BF%E0%A4%B6%E0%A5%87%E0%A4%B7%E0%A4%AE%E0%A5%8D:%E0%A4%AF%E0%A5%8B%E0%A4%97%E0%A4%A6%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%A8%E0%A4%AE%E0%A5%8D/MF-Warburg&dir=prev&target=MF-Warburg&limit=2

At least the following users are affected (i.e. they made numerous edits on Incubator, have created an account on sa.q, and the edits show up in page histories, but not on Special:Contributions):
