Add wb_action abusefilter variable to specify the actual action taken

Description

Right now for any action, the "action" variable is set to "edit". This would be more useful if it were "removesitelink" or "addproperty".

On IRC hoo suggested this be added as a new variable, maybe wb_action.

I will try and look into adding a new variable this weekend.
