Description

In Gerrit change 50196 a new right was created over testwiki and metawiki. However it seems to me that you've missed to create the associate MediaWiki messages such as MediaWiki:Grouppage-Centralnoticeadmin etc. to be able to create the local information pages with the naming we preferr. I did searched at allmessages but I couldn't find them (setting as unconfirmed for now as they may be there but I couldn't find them).

Messages to be created I think:

Group-Centralnoticeadmin
Group-Centralnoticeadmin-member
Grouppage-Centralnoticeadmin

Thanks Marco, I should have thought about that and embarrassingly it didn't even enter my mind. Raimond's patch looks good, I'll review them now.

Closing as resolved, appears to have been deployed after merge (I'm finding the messages on meta now)
