Description

ICU collation tailoring is currently being introduced into MediaWiki to improve category sorting, see bug 43799 and change I838484b9a. We may be able to use the same code to improve term search, taking care of (some) transliteration of diacritics, etc.

Note Icu collation has a special option for "search collatoion"

Closing this assuming we'll no longer need it with the new search.
