The sreg fields are empty in the consumer wiki.
Perhaps they are never set in the Provider wiki ?

Additionally, the trust form should have checkboxes for all information being shared with a consumer (sreg info and any extensions we implement), so that users can decide which information they are willing to share.

It seems the trust form does have this functionality, but since no sreg info is being set/sent it just doesn't show the items as checkboxes...
