Our Zuul install is a bit behind upstream. They have released a few performance tweaks which we definitely want to have deployed on our install. I had to cherry-pick one already to work around lagged out reporting back to Gerrit (bug 46176).

I have manually updated Zuul to e403579, could not wait for a debian package for it since upstream includes a lot of improvements.
