Special:MobileMenu missing icons for watchlist and uploads when JS disabled

Description

To reproduce, disable javascript and visit Special:MobileMenu. If in stable mode, note that 'watchlist' appears in the menu, but has no icon. If in beta/alpha mode, note that 'watchlist' and 'uploads' appear in the menu, but have no icons.

The css .jsEnabled is being used incorrectly to not show icons when it should probably hide the menu item altogether. Should be a pretty easy fix.
