bug 46958 moved the language links out of the vertical compact layout of the login form in its new appearance. As a result if you're using Vector the font of the language links doesn't match the form. This bug was apparent on http://toro.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:UserLogin?useNew=1 , fix in progress.
