Description

It is not clear from the interface, that we must tick "Unreviewed pages" and/or "Reviewed pages", in order to set the filters.
Ticking just the 'Nomination for deletion' and/or 'Redirects' doesn't make the 'Set filters' button active.

Appears to have been fixed in 2018 in this patch: https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-PageTriage/commit/dc9d204cd2df68367dbc61b5ac3e2a203bc8f6e4

It looks acceptably differentiated now, and not having required check boxes checked disables the "Set filters" button. Closing.
