Description

When the flyout for echo is up and i zoom out in chrome (Version 26.0.1410.63) the preferences link moves from its position next to notifications link to below it.

Weird that it only happens in Chrome and not even Safari (which is also WebKit, but I guess has different zooming logic).

Looks like it's a 1-pixel rounding bug in Chrome. Easy enough to fix.
