A summary saying "Undo revision 31415926 by [[Special:Contributions/|]] ([[User talk:|talk]])" doesn't look nice.

Maybe "Undo revision 31415926 by unknown user"

or just "Undo revision 31415926"?

Have a look at the rollback action, there the message 'revertpage-nouser' is used for revdel users instead of 'revertpage'.
