Steps to reproduce:

1. Open ULS.
2. Click on Input.
3. Select ... button to add new language.
4. Select Punjabi (or any other language)
5. Language should be added in one of the 3 buttons, but it is not.

Environment:

1. OS: Linux (Debian Unstable)
2. Browser: Iceweasel 21.0
3. Mediawiki: WMF Betalabs

This looks browser specific bug to me. Please merge if this is duplicate/resolved already.
