I'm not even really sure how to explain this. I'll just include a screenshot.
I went to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ready,_Willing_and_Able_(Daron_Norwood_song) and clicked "edit this page". This is what appeared.

In attachment 12508, we can see that instead of the templates being shown with a green striped area atop them, there is "Modèle:Infobox Single↵", "Modèle:Lari White↵↵↵↵↵" and "Modèle:1990s-country-song-stub".
I'm not sure what language this is (French, maybe?), but my account is set to use English and the site is supposed to be in English.

"Vorlage"? Blergh.
My suspicion is Parsoid cache pollution.

Happened for me on pl.wp earlier today, too, with "Vorlage" as well. I didn't make a screenshot and I don't remember the aricle, sorry.
We've seen a bunch of reports of content from different wikis showing up, usually German content (plus one case of Russian, and now one of French apparently). Moving this to Parsoid.
We deployed a few clean-ups to our wiki configuration handling recently which might have improved the handling of API errors when retrieving the per-wiki config fails. Has this bug been seen in the wild recently?
Since there are no new reports it seems that this bug has been fixed by our config clean-up. Please reopen if you encounter this bug again.

Still happening - PamD reports that {{User sandbox}} on enwiki displayed in Japanese and gave the wrong user name (Apparently she's now User:Ichiro Kikuchi). It's stopped, but...worrying.

I am assuming this is not an issue any more given that we have had no reports after launch. The launch should have caused a lot of corruptions if this bug had been around. Closing.
