a) is must not be possible to enter more than one link to any given site, be it in the same site group or a different site group.

b) it must be possible to link to any site of a given group that is not linked yet

c) for a given group, it must not be possible to add a link to a site that belongs to a different group

d) on the client, only links to sites in the same group should be shown in the sidebar

Going to close this 4+ year old ancient ticket as we may not even want these things now.
We have a new story that will be taking a fresh look at our tests.
If we decide we want these things, new tasks would be created or reopened etc.
