If a template has no output (such as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Lowercase_title), it has no visible output and becomes very easy to silently remove using VisualEditor.

I don't see how this is an enhancement request. It's trivial to accidentally remove a template that has no output, resulting in damage to the page (irreversible damage in the context of using only VisualEditor).

Is this the same as bug 49806? (I know that's newer but it has a lot more discussion)
