Links 'version control' and 'blame' link to gitweb which has been unavailable for a while already as we moved to gitblit.

Can anyone fix the links?

Might be fixed by bug 41961 instead...

I think we should go ahead with updating the links anyway, even if it becomes trivial/enhancement priority after that gets resolved.
