By project space I believe you mean https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Romania
Looking at this page it seems to have a talk page which is not being shown on mobile. It seems the skin doesn't use the same namespace for project talk pages. Fix to follow...

I mean, pages with prefix project: (http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Wikipedia_namespace) cannot show a button points to its talk page on mobile.
