So when you edit the tranclusion with VisualEditor template data for the template is visible but not for the parameters? What does that mean?
You say it is visible for the template but not for the parameters. So what is visible then?

When I make a new template entry and open the template before I've saved the page, it looks like following:

But after having saved the page, and enter template edit again, I'm getting following:

Think we have subsequently fixed this, probably as part of the re-write of the transclusion dialog/TemplateData link in July; marking as such. Please re-open if it recurs.
