Original bug title:
Embedded (video/audio) player (TMH) not created in preview if "use live preview" is selected in user preferences

Consequently, no subtitles and no attribution is shown in preview and the preview does not match the post-save result.

This has been discussed a bit more on T74675. Please mark LivePreview bugs as blocking T41272, otherwise they'll get lost and forgotten like this one :)
