The talk page of Item Q237 is currently displayed as "Talk:Q237", but it would be nicer if it would display a translated "Talk:Whatever" with the label in the given language, and the namespace label translated too.

I agree with using the label, but i'm uneasy about translating the namespace. The translated namespaces are not actually valid on the wiki. Also, the Foo:Bar syntax affords use in links, but copying the title and using it as a link doesn't work.
Maybe we should just show the label in addition to the "raw" title.

When navigating multiple property talk pages, it is hard to remember where you are, as the title of the page doesnt show the label
In comparison the main page (non talk)
It would be great to include the label somehow on the talk page
