Go to http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tona_(beer)
Look at external section
The arrow shows but the section cannot be toggled

Expected:
No toggle icon

This should actually be fixed when this moves to stable..

( .stub section_heading sets background: none; and this is overriden by .client-js .beta .section_heading )
