There is no scrollbar for the transclusion/template editor on Vector/Firefox/Linux. I have a laptop with a small screen, and no mouse. Only a trackpad with two buttons, and there is no want to see all parameters.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start a new transclusion
- Enter 'cite web' and add template
- Click on 'Cite web' on the left hand side of the dialog
- Try to scroll through all the available parameters that could be added
