Description

When previewing the message, I see:

"You are receiving this notification because you signed up as a translator to &lt;languages> on Meta."

Looks like double escaping somewhere.

I'd just kill the message and replace its parent message's lego with two messages: one which says "you subscribed to languages x, y, z" and the other "you subscribed to some language".
