Adding some basic AnnotationRepository tests and enabling Jenkins to run PHPUnit will serve a couple purposes:

  1. Test the repository itself.
  2. Let Jenkins verify database schema updates.

@Rjain: I am resetting the assignee of this task because there has not been progress lately (please correct me if I am wrong!).
