Entity escaping in test results seems to be off
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

The test result XML seems to be heavily entity-escaped beyond what is needed for UTF8-encoded XML. In addition, there seem to be invalid entity escapes in there- at least Chromium complains about them. Example:
http://parsoid.wmflabs.org:8001/result/b26a506e0877f475e95a99eeea7a1076316c092d/ru/%D0%9E%D0%BF%D0%BF%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%B3%D0%B5%D0%B9%D0%BC%D0%B5%D1%80,_%D0%A0%D0%BE%D0%B1%D0%B5%D1%80%D1%82

Less (and correct!) entity escaping should save us a lot of disk space, and let us view full results in Chromium.
