Description

When watching a typical Wikipedia page using a text browser (w3m in my case), I am getting:

Navigation menu

Personal tools

• Saper
• 1
• Talk
• Preferences
• Watchlist
• Contributions
• Log out

Namespaces

• Project page
• Discussion

Variants

I would say things are more or less clear and readable except this magic digit "one" in the second line.

It should be something along the lines:

Version: unspecified
Severity: normal
URL: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:MediaWiki_Notifcation.png

This is probably also a problem in some screen reader/ browser combinations (not all read the title attributes).
