Description:
Many user-rights were either changed or removed from Hindi Wikipedia after an RfC. But no discussion was ever made to remove filemover and rollbacker user-rights. I don't know the exact reason behind this unexpected action but, I guess, no one cared to inform us (the hiwiki community). So I request to re-enable these two user-rights. Thanks and regards.
