After successfully section-editing https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Black_Mail_%281973_film%29&section=2&veaction=edit using VisualEditor, I land at https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Black_Mail_%281973_film%29&section=2.

This shouldn't happen. &section=2 doesn't do anything with the implicit &action=view.

Possibly related to bug 53089.
