Description

When adding a new item under "pages linked to this item", instead of having the user specifying the site every time, have an option available for user so that it defaults to the language project corresponding to their primary babel language.

We can't do this because language and site are not the same thing. There are cases where this would cause issues. We'll have to think about another way.
